CrowdStrike, the company is responsible for ensuring the security of the computer system of the National Committee of the Democratic Party (DNC) said that the attack came from Russia.

USA Today quoted Schultz Debbie Wasserman, president of DNC confirmed information.
"The safety of the system is very important for our operations as well as the election campaign and the political parties that we worked together," Wasserman Schultz said Debbie.
Shortly after the discovery of the incident, reported to CrowdStrike DNC and quickly eliminate, prevent hackers before they can steal important data.
Mr. Shawn Henry, president of CrowdStrike, former director of the FBI's cyber security confirmed that the attackers from Russia have a very high confidence level. Process test later showed hackers have begun invading the DNC computer network from April last year.

Russian Embassy in the United States declined to comment on the matter. Donald Trump side have not given any response.
Commenting on the incident, said Jason Healey, a network security specialist senior at Columbia University (USA), said he did not believe the Russian government is trying to influence the results of the US presidential election.
According to Mr. Healey, in 2008 also had a similar incident occurred when Chinese hackers penetrate into folders containing information of both the Democratic Party candidate Barack Obama and Republican candidate John McCain.
