Opening remarks, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan - Chairman of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Election Council stressed that the success of the elections is extremely important in successfully implementing the Resolution Congress XII th national Party's economic development plans - the term social and 2016.

The election results were good, there were more than 67 million voters at the rate of over 99% have participated in the vote, 496 deputies elected by the National Assembly XIV, 3908 the People's Council at provincial level, 25 181 people's Council deputies and 292 306 district delegates communal people's Council structure, suitable basic components as expected; proportion of participants were women, ethnic minorities, young, graduate degree higher than the previous term.
