Day 30-6, after two days of trial, HCM City People's Court sentenced 20 defendants to cross-provincial gang of cheeky, each sow terror for many people in the district of Cu Chi, Ho. Minh and Duc Hoa district, Long An.
Accordingly, the court sentenced Ngo Hieu Nghia (33 years old, live in District 3) 18 years in prison, Nguyen Phuoc Loc (24 years old, live in District 4) 12 years in prison, Nguyen Kim Hoan (22 years old, live H.Cu Chi ) 16 years in prison, Huynh Ngoc Xa (24 years old, live H.Cu Chi) 18 years in prison. Remaining 11 defendants sentenced to 2 years and 6 months in prison to 10 years in prison on charges of robbery together.
The defendants Luong Cong Minh (28 years old) had a 2 years and 6 months prison sentence, Le Thi Hong Nhung (24) 1 year probation, Nguyen Duc Gentle (24) 1-year suspended sentence on charges of consumption and property others due to criminal activity.
In addition, the court sentenced Huynh Thi Ngoc My (22) 20 months in prison and Pham Thi Ngoc Tuyen (19) 19 months in prison for no crime reporting.
