Terrorist organization calling itself the Islamic State (IS) has immediately claimed responsibility for twin bombings in Kabul on the last 23-7.

IS Amaq's website claims: "Two of the IS militant suicide bombings at a Shiite rally in the city of Kabul, Afghanistan."
If exactly IS the organization of masterminding the bloody terrorism, this will be the biggest escalation of this organization in eastern Afghanistan, which was once a "den" of the Taliban.
Officials at the Ministry of State Security (NDS), the Afghan intelligence agency headquarters of the country, confirmed the attack was carried out by an element named Abu Ali IS. NDS also said three suicide bombers elements join terrorist attacks.
Hazara community 9% of Afghanistan's population and minority ethnic groups are the 3rd largest country.
